Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026.

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how NXT Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("NXT Ventures," "we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information through buildyourmotion.com, our forms, emails, calls, programs and community spaces (the "Services"). Build Your Motion is a program brand of NXT Ventures LLC. This policy is part of our Terms of Use at https://www.buildyourmotion.com/terms-and-conditions.

2. Scope

The Services are designed for business professionals. This policy covers information about visitors, prospects, program participants and their company contacts. It does not cover information we process for a client under a signed Fractional CRO agreement, which is governed by that agreement. The Services are intended for adults in the United States acting for business purposes, and we process information in the US under US law. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and will delete it if we learn we have.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you give us.

  • Contact and identity details: name, email, phone, job title, company, LinkedIn profile.

  • Inquiry and intake details: answers on forms and diagnostics, such as company stage, revenue range, team size, sales process and goals.

  • Purchase details: billing name and address and transaction records. Card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.

  • Program content: assignments, templates you complete, messages in chat and community spaces, and questions you ask in sessions.

  • Call and session records: recordings, transcripts and notes from sales calls and program sessions, made only after we tell you the call is being recorded. You may ask us not to record a 1:1 call, and group recordings are shared only with that cohort.

  • Communications: emails and messages you send us, and testimonials you agree to give.

3.2 Information collected automatically. When you visit or open our emails, we and our technology partners collect device and usage data through cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs and similar technologies: IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages and videos viewed, referring site, clicks, scrolls, time on page, form interactions, and whether you opened or clicked an email. We also use a visitor identification service that may match a US visitor's browser or IP address to professional details from its own data, such as name, work email, job title, company and LinkedIn profile. See Section 5.

3.3 Information from other sources. We may receive or combine information from public sources and business data providers, such as company firmographics, job titles, professional profiles and work contact details, to understand fit, personalize outreach and keep records current. We also receive information from referral partners and from platforms you use to interact with us, such as LinkedIn, scheduling and video tools.

3.4 Sensitive information. We do not request sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account, government ID, precise geolocation or biometric data). Please do not include it in forms or sessions.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide the Services: deliver programs, sessions, materials and personalized playbooks; manage accounts and support.

  • Process payments, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.

  • Respond to inquiries, qualify fit, schedule calls, and send transactional and marketing communications, including email or LinkedIn outreach to business visitors after a visit identified through visitor identification, subject to your choices (Section 11).

  • Measure and improve the site, content and programs, including through analytics and A/B testing.

  • Advertise and measure ads, including showing ads to site visitors on other platforms (Section 5).

  • Create aggregated or de-identified insights and benchmarks that do not identify you or your company.

  • Use AI tools to transcribe, summarize or draft materials from your inputs, under terms that do not allow the provider to train its models on your data.

  • Comply with law, respond to legal requests and protect our rights.

5. Cookies, Pixels and Similar Technologies

5.1 What they are. Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Pixels, tags and web beacons are small pieces of code on our pages and emails that send information to us or to third parties when a page loads or an action occurs.

5.2 Third parties collect information directly. Some of these technologies are operated by third parties, including Meta, Google and LinkedIn. They may collect or receive information from our site and elsewhere on the internet and use it to provide measurement services and to target ads, under their own privacy policies. Those parties may link this information to your account on their platform.

5.3 Categories we use.

  • Strictly necessary. Wix site and checkout cookies keep the site secure, run checkout and save your privacy choices. These always load.

  • Analytics. Google Analytics and Wix Analytics count visits, show which pages and videos perform, and help us improve the site. These load based on your privacy choices.

  • Advertising and retargeting. The Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads remarketing measure our ads and show our ads to visitors on other platforms. These load based on your privacy choices.

  • Visitor identification. RB2B identifies the professional identity of US business visitors so we can follow up and build ad audiences. It loads based on your privacy choices.

  • Embedded video. YouTube, in privacy-enhanced mode, plays our videos and may set its own cookies when a video loads.

  • Scheduling. Google Calendar lets you book calls and collects information only when you use it.

We do not place advertising pixels on checkout, intake forms or program member pages, and we do not send the content of your form answers to advertising partners.

5.4 Your choices.

  • Consent banner. Our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential technologies, including advertising pixels and visitor identification. You can change your choice anytime through "Your Privacy Choices" in the site footer.

  • Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and any sale or sharing of your information, for that browser.

  • Browser and platform controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and adjust ad preferences in your Meta, Google and LinkedIn settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with its browser add-on.

  • Email tracking. You can turn off automatic image loading in your email client.

Blocking some technologies may affect how the site works. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals because no common standard exists, but we do honor Global Privacy Control as described above.

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers that work for us under contracts limiting their use of the data: website hosting, payment processing, CRM, email, scheduling, video conferencing, transcription, community and chat platforms, data enrichment, analytics and cloud storage, plus contractors who help deliver programs under confidentiality.

  • Advertising and analytics partners through the technologies in Section 5, subject to your choices, including hashed lists of business contacts used to build matched or custom audiences on LinkedIn, Meta and Google. Our visitor identification provider, RB2B, acts as an independent data partner and also handles data under its own privacy policy.

  • Other participants or at your direction: what you choose to share in group sessions, chat or community spaces, or when you ask for an introduction or agree to a testimonial.

  • Legal and safety: to comply with law or legal process, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights and safety of anyone.

  • Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy's commitments.

7. Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. Some state laws treat the use of advertising pixels to show you ads on other sites ("targeted advertising" or "cross-context behavioral advertising") as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. In the past 12 months, we may have made identifiers and internet activity available to advertising and visitor identification partners for those purposes. You can opt out anytime through "Your Privacy Choices," a Global Privacy Control signal, or by emailing alvaro@buildyourmotion.com. To also remove records held by our visitor identification provider, use its opt-out at https://www.rb2b.com/your-privacy-choices. We do not knowingly sell or share information of anyone under 16.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy.  We may keep information longer where the law requires, to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements, and we may keep de-identified data indefinitely.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as access controls, multi-factor authentication on key systems, encrypted connections and vendors with recognized security practices. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we have about you and get a copy;

  • correct inaccurate information;

  • delete your information;

  • opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing, and profiling with legal or similar effects (we do not do such profiling);

  • limit use of sensitive information (we do not collect it on purpose); and

  • not be treated differently for using these rights.

We extend these rights to all US users, whatever state you live in. To make a request, email alvaro@buildyourmotion.com. We will verify your identity by matching information we hold, respond within 45 days (extendable once where the law allows), and you may use an authorized agent with signed permission. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line; if you are not satisfied with the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.

11. Marketing Communications

Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime. We will still send transactional messages about purchases and programs. Text messages. We send marketing texts only with your separate express consent; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and we do not share your number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. LinkedIn. Reply "stop" to any LinkedIn message and we will end them.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy and will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will give notice by email or a site banner before they take effect and ask for consent where required.
